Moments 2.24.08

My opponent and many people in America question my experience and ability to lead this great nation. They say I am more style than substance, that I have taken other people's words and claimed them as my own and that I am naive. They are mistaken on all counts. My words come from the heart and my words distinguish me from my opponent in this time of national crisis, when Washington is taking more and more from the people and giving less and less in return. Make no mistake, I will
fight for what we the people have earned in more than two centuries as a democracy. I will stand with you. I will be unwavering in my vigilance. I will defend your right to eat french fries.
Thank you and God bless you.

Moments 2.3.2008

In the sunlight, the sineway stem arch and bend. The flower bells peel back their red petals. The sharp leaves stand still to cast a shadow of a tango stopped in midstep.
